Loveplum is loose

I’m having a hard time writing any sort of grand introduction for this blog. I don’t have goals for it as much as I have intentions.

I’ve been designing things for use online for over 10 years now.

I don’t think that makes me an expert.

Not all of these things I’ve designed have been good. Sometimes the ones that were went along with exacting focused attention. Sometimes I got lucky.

What that does make me is experienced.

I’ve been thinking about design since my first vague understanding of what design meant. I’ve been fortunate enough to put many of these ideas into practice and then watch what happens.

I’ve never written much about any of it.

With this blog I intend to reverse that trend. I’ve written various forms of personal blogs for many years, but writing is not one of my strong points.

My other intention is to get better at it as I go along.
